Our Return Guarantee: We only accept returns if the product you received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item.

The 5-Day Rule: You must report any issue within 5 days of receiving the package. After 5 days, we cannot accept returns as per our supplier guidelines.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important!): To prevent fraud and ensure a smooth refund, customers must provide a clear, unedited video of themselves opening the package for the first time. This video must show the shipping label and the defect/damage clearly. No return will be processed without an unboxing video.

No "Change of Mind" Returns: Because we work with high-end, curated products, we do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind or do not like the color/style. Please check all product details before ordering.

How to Start a Return: Email us at [asolixworld@gmail.com] with your Order ID and the Unboxing Video. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a refund to your original payment method.
